The story begins in Tamilnadu with the time period being 1982. A man called Rice Plate Reddy (Nasser) demands that all should stop eating vegetarian food and must eat non-vegitarian food only. He even sends his goons to the hotels and forcibly includes nonvegitarian food in the hotels' menus. A man by name Quick Gun Murugan from Chennai opposes all this. As a result he gets killed by his rival, Rice Plate Reddy's goons. His soul reaches the Yamaloka and he is adamant to return to earth to realise his goal of dealing with Rice Plate Reddy. Finally the C.Gupta of Yamaloka sends him back to earth, but in Mumbai.

From there begins his continuous search for Reddy. Presently Reddy is busy in his efforts to create Mc Dosa. He also is in Mumbai and is kidnapping all those mothers who are experts in cooking.
